Most of our work is within the greater London area, with a mix of modern and period property.

Many of the properties we have provided advice on are in conservation areas and many of them are listed.

We feel it is important to ensure repairs and alteration are undertaken sympathetically making use of both traditional workmanship and materials, and where possible incorporating the use of modern methods and products where they can be integrated to the overall benefit of the building both historically and aesthetically.

We have extensive experience in carrying out external renovations often comprising of stone and masonry façade repairs, cleaning, maintenance and restoration requiring careful and appropriate specification of works.  We have the ability to work with trained and highly skilled tradesmen to ensure that repairs are undertaken correctly and are compatible to protect the heritage, details and design for the essential wellbeing of a property.

We are also experienced in making Listed Building applications and working with local authority conservation officers in central London to achieve careful and sympathetic repairs that will extend the useful life of a property.
