Project Description

This property forms part of a Grade II Terrace in North London. Built c.1860. Constructed in brick, and painted stucco, the property was converted in more recent times into self-contained residential flats.

The property consists of decorative masonry and stucco painted entrance porches, at first floor the windows consist of large casements in pedimented surrounds with attached fluted Corinthian columns with access onto a balcony with moulded balustrading. The remaining widows are traditional painted sliding timber sashes.

The mansard roof slopes are covered with natural Welsh slate.

The works included the sensitive repair and renovation of the damaged stucco, original windows and rainwater pipes and roof coverings, and the careful reinstatement of the decorative detailing.
