A large part of our time has been spent working with clients to plan and implement maintenance and refurbishment projects, such as the external repairs and decorations of residential buildings and the individual refurbishment of flats and houses alike.

• Selecting and advising on suitable contractors and specialist advisors.
• Obtaining and reporting on tenders.
• Administering the contract with the specific requirements of the client in mind.
• Regular inspection of the ongoing works, certification of interim payments, monitoring and checking on the cost, quality and final account negotiations.
